It is with much sadness that I post this. Keep Diane and BJ in your thoughts and Prayers as our beloved mayor Burl Fee passed away last night. Will post obit when it comes out.

Burl was a great man and a great friend. He and Diane always made me and my family feel as though we were a part of their family. This is a tremendous loss for everyone. He will be truly missed forever. Our prayers and thoughts are with Diane, BJ, and Katera. We love you, Bob, Rachel & Cody.....

So sorry to hear this. Burl was one of the first to greet me as I pulled in the first time. Always there with a wave, usually one fingered lol, but that was Burl. Prayers go out. Miss ya Burl!!

Mayor Burl Fee was a kind and generous man. He will be sorely missed by all. He always made it a point to spend time with Lil' Gut and always gave him knives to add to his collection. They would sit around the campfire and tell each other stories. Myself as well as my family will miss our friend very much.

Prayers go out for his family and all who knew and loved him! Rest In Peace Mayor Fee!

What can you say..that has not been said....he talked me into staying on city council with him when he ran for mayor...and in two years we had the city out of a 133,000 dollar debt at least....
Dave on here can attest to the nickle and dime chasing we did....the city, county does not know yet how much he will be missed...and I have lost a good friend....RIP BURL.
